The following are the terms and conditions of sale for goods and services purchased on the website. 

We recommend reading these terms thoroughly before you submit your order to us. These terms provide information about our company, how we provide products to you and how we may change or end the contract at any time, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. "Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in the terms below, it includes emails.


Our contract begins when we accept your order and send you an email to confirm. If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because either the product is no longer available for sale, the product is not deemed clinically  appropriate, because there is limited resources which we could not reasonably plan for,  or because we cannot make a delivery deadline. 

An order number will be assigned when you place an order, this will be provided to you in your email. It will us if you can reference the order number when contacting us. 

We only sell in the UK and EU. Our website is only for the sale or supply of our products in the UK and EU. Unfortunately we do not deliver to addresses outside of the UK or EU. 

We only provide treatments in the English language. It is your responsibility to ensure that you fully understand our advise. 

In the event of an emergency, please do not use our website or services. In emergencies please consult your GP or the emergency department at the nearest hospital.


Product packaging may differ from the images shown on the website. We reserve the right to change the product packaging at any time.

The price including VAT will be displayed on the product page. If a price is listed in error, we reserve the right to rectify the amount and amend the contract to the new price. If the rate of VAT changes between orders, we reserve the right to update the pricing accordingly to reflect the new VAT rate.


If you wish to change an order you placed, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible, if it is possible we will let you know of any changes to price, delivery timeframe, or anything else necessary to fulfil the order. We will then ask you to confirm that you would like the order changes to be confirmed. If it is no longer possible to make changes to the order, or the changes are unacceptable to you, you may end the contract with us. 


We reserve the right to make changes to our products or services offered on the website at any time. Those changes will reflect the relevant laws and statutory requirements.


Relevant delivery costs are displayed on the website.  The order will be delivered in a reasonable timeframe, within 30 days after the date which we accept the order, however we are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control then we will inform you as the customer as soon as possible to let you know your options.  If there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for products you have paid for but not received. If an item is delivered while you are not at home and we are unable to leave the item through a letterbox or with a relevant person for signature--we will let you know to arrange a redelivery or collection from a local depot. If you do not re-arrange delivery or collection  we will contact you for further instructions. If despite our reasonable efforts,  we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract. You will become responsible for the goods from the time we deliver the products to the address you provided. You own a product which is goods once we have received payment in full.  We may need certain information from you so that we can supply the products to you, for example specific information related to the medical assessment prior to placing your order with us. If we require additional information related the supply of goods, we will contact you for this. We will not be responsible fore liability arsing out of supplying the products late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the information required in a reasonable timeframe. We will not responsible for liability arising as a result of any incorrect or misleading information given to us. We reserve the right to suspend the supply of products to you after an order has been accepted by us due to change in relevant regulatory requirements, which may deem the product no longer clinically appropriate. In that case, we will contact you in advance to let you know we will be suspending the supply of product after accepting your order. you agree that you will not sell, supply, or make available the products which we have supplied to you to any other person. 

You confirm that consent to care and treatment from our website has not been sought in line with the Mental Capacity Act 2005.


You have the right to terminate the contract with us. When we receive notice of a request to terminate the contract, we will end the contract immediately and refund you for any unshipped products. You may terminate if we have a significant delay in shipping due to events outside of our control, we have notified you about an error in pricing or description and you no longer wish to proceed, or we notified about an upcoming change to the product.

We have the right to terminate the contract if you break it. We can break the contract at any time if you do not provide us within a reasonable time frame information that is necessary to prescribe the product or if you do not allow us to deliver the product to you within a reasonable time frame.

We own all intellectual property rights in our site, and the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties globally. All such rights are reserved. You must not use any illustrations, photographs, video, or audio sequences or any graphics separately from accompanying text.  We must be acknowledged if our material is used. You must not use any part of our website for commercial purposes without speaking to us first.


The information provided on our site in it's entirety is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. We do not limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or a personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.  If you are a business using our site,  we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to our site or any content here within.  We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with the inability to use our site, use or reliance on content displayed on our site, and in particular loss of profits, sales, business or venture, business interruption; savings; business opportunity. As a consumer, private, individual, we only provide our site for domestic and private usage.


In order to use our site you will be required to register and create a secure profile as an online patient record. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe you are using the services that are not as intended. By registering with us you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete; that you will protect your personal login information, you must not create more than one account with our website and you must confirm that you are a female over 18.

We collect personal information to provide our services (medical consults for prescription medication) to you and to comply with regulatory requirements. We share your data with third parties where necessary to deliver the services.

Some of the information we collect is medical data. This information is always treated confidentially.  We will never disclose medical data unless legally required to do so. The data will not be used for marketing purposes unless you consent for us to do so.
