FAQS

Everything You Need To Know

Answers to the most common questions about prescribing, treatment and delivery.

What is She Can Health's Low Libido Treatment?
She Can Health's Low Libido Treatment is a topical cream formulated with prescription ingredients and applied locally. It is designed to increase oxygenated blood flow to support sexual function, improve arousal response, address orgasm difficulties, and enhance overall sexual sensation and satisfaction.
What is compounded medication?
Compounded medication is an off-licence medicine that is individually prepared for a patient based on their specific needs. Unlike mass-manufactured medicines, compounded treatments are freshly prepared in a specialist pharmacy laboratory by a pharmacist using prescription ingredients tailored to the patient.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. As She Can Health's Low Libido Treatment contains prescription-only ingredients, a prescription is required. To make the process simple, you will complete a short online consultation which is reviewed by one of our qualified prescribers. If treatment is deemed appropriate and safe for you, your prescription will be issued and your medication prepared by our pharmacy.
How does She Can Health's Low Libido Treatment work?
She Can Health's Low Libido Treatment is formulated with a combination of vasodilators and amino acids designed to increase blood flow and sensitivity to the clitoris and surrounding tissues. Vasodilators work by relaxing the walls of blood vessels, allowing them to widen and improving blood circulation. Increased oxygenated blood flow may help support arousal, sensation, orgasm response and overall sexual function.
Can I receive oral sex after using the treatment?
We do not recommend receiving oral sex immediately after application. However, once the cream has been fully absorbed for approximately 30 minutes, there is likely only a trace amount remaining on the skin. As a precaution, we recommend gently wiping the area with a clean cloth after the absorption period and before sexual activity involving oral contact.
What are the common side effects?
Common side effects may include tingling, warmth, heat or increased sensitivity at the application site. Some users may also experience redness, itching, dizziness or headaches. Please refer to the Side Effects section for a complete list of potential side effects and safety information.
Who shouldn't use She Can Health's Low Libido Treatment?
