Important information about cancellations, returns and the safe disposal of medicines supplied by She Can Health.
For reasons of safety, we cannot allow medicines to be returned once they have left the pharmacy. The pharmacy is not able to use returned medicines.
If you have unwanted medicine, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.
For orders that are to be delivered by post, you can cancel an order for medicines up until the point when your medicine is dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible.
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
