Our contract with you
Our contract with you begins when we accept your order and send you an email confirming acceptance. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you for the product.
We may be unable to accept an order because a product is unavailable, a treatment is not considered clinically appropriate, resources are unexpectedly limited, or we cannot meet a required delivery deadline.
An order number will be assigned and provided by email. Please quote it when contacting us about your order.
Treatment is provided in English and you are responsible for ensuring that you understand the advice and information provided.
Our website and services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you require urgent medical attention, contact the appropriate emergency medical service or attend your nearest emergency department.
Products & pricing
Product packaging may differ from images shown on the website and may change from time to time.
The applicable price, including VAT where relevant, will be displayed on the product page or during checkout. VAT and other applicable charges may change where required by law.
Prescription treatments: placing an order does not guarantee that a treatment will be prescribed. Supply remains subject to clinical assessment and approval where applicable.
Your right to change an order
If you wish to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will tell you whether the requested change can be made and, where relevant, explain any change to price, delivery timeframe or other terms needed to fulfil the revised order.
If the requested change cannot be made, we will explain the options available to you.
Our right to make changes
We may make changes to products or services where necessary, including to reflect applicable laws, regulatory requirements, clinical requirements or other changes relevant to the safe and lawful provision of our services.
Providing the products
Relevant delivery charges will be displayed on the website. We aim to deliver accepted orders within a reasonable timeframe and, where applicable, within 30 days of accepting the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
If supply is materially delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the options available.
If delivery cannot be completed, you may need to arrange redelivery or collection. If, despite reasonable efforts, we cannot contact you or arrange delivery or collection, we may end the contract.
You become responsible for goods once delivered to the address supplied by you. Ownership passes once payment has been received in full.
We may require information from you in order to provide a product or treatment, including information required for a medical or clinical assessment. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information within a reasonable timeframe.
We may suspend or decline supply where required by law, regulation, clinical assessment or patient safety considerations. Products supplied to you are for your personal use and must not be sold, supplied or made available to another person.
Terminating the contract
You may have the right to end your contract with us in circumstances provided by these terms or applicable consumer law. This may include a significant delay caused by events outside our control, certain changes to the product or service, or a pricing or description issue that means you no longer wish to proceed.
Where an order is validly cancelled before relevant goods have been dispatched, we will deal with any refund due in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy.
We may end or suspend a contract where you materially breach these terms, fail to provide information reasonably required to assess or supply a treatment, or prevent us from completing delivery within a reasonable timeframe.

If you believe there is a problem with a product or treatment supplied by us, please contact She Can Health promptly so that we can review the issue and explain the appropriate next steps.
